This month we are installing two artworks in Evanston, Illinois. Artist Jon Whitfill from Lubbock, TX was commissioned by Earthbound Moon to create the works.
ISEA International is an international nonprofit organization fostering interdisciplinary academic discourse and exchange among culturally diverse organizations and individuals working with art, science and technology. Needless to say we are honored to be partnering with ISEA2012 Albuquerque: Machine Wilderness for both of our installs next year.

With site 0001_Bledsoe completed, we are on to 0002_Evanston. If you'd like to follow our installation progress please check out the Earthbound Moon Blog
Earthbound Moon creates publicly accessible contemporary sculpture by international artists in communities around the world. These artworks create a web of gathering places, sites of curiosity and engagement and wonder on a local and global scale. They function as a reminder, and a statement, that when we build and rebuild communities, alongside their commercial and financial needs we must also nurture their creative, spiritual, artistic, romantic and leisure needs.
We're on our way to full 501(c)3-ship, but until we get there the incredible people at The Lab are our umbrella for donations!
Hoorah! They're tax deductible!
